Arkansas

                                                             
Little Rock/North Little Rock

Arkansas River Trail--Approximately 2 hours from Midtown.

     The North Little Rock side is all trail except for a 1/2 mile, while the Little Rock side includes street riding.  Make sure to bike to the dam to ride over the pedestrian bridge. 

Helena

Delta State Heritage Park--Approximately 1 1/2 hours from Midtown.

Approximately 14 of the 73 mile trail is open running south of Helena.
