Support The Trail During Our #30FOR30 Campaign This Spring
For 30 years, the trail has been a shared space for connection, reflection, and community—and that legacy exists because of supporters like you. As we look ahead, your contribution plays a vital role in protecting and improving this beloved resource. Your support will make it possible for trail improvements to benefit everyone. This year we plan to restore worn areas of the trail including grading and gravel for damaged sections, enhance its natural beauty with new native plantings, and ensure it remains clean and accessible with new trash containers.
Caring for the trail every year requires a lot of volunteer labor. But it also requires the financial support from trail users and neighborhood residents. 100% of our budget comes from the community. It provides for the trail’s insurance, trash bags and gloves, upkeep of the Kirby Station House and equipment, as well as volunteers’ ability to handle emergencies like downed trees. Every donation supports our work to keep the trail and all of its areas clean, safe and enjoyable for our neighborhood.
In honor of our 30th Birthday, we’re asking for a donation of $30 a month (or a one-time donation of $360). You’ll receive our custom metal water bottle with the V&E Greenline logo AND our brand new shopping/garden tote. These items will never be “for sale” and are only available to contributors! They are perfect for taking on the trail or anywhere you go. Donations in any amount are greatly appreciated and will go toward supporting the continued vitality of the trail.
